We are a non-profit organization created in the wake of Zai Martial Arts. We practice Taekwondo, and we seek to hold up a mirror to show our participants their true selves and to help them move their physical, emotional and spiritual control to the next level.

Our History
Grandmasters Sulaiman Zai and Jill Pereira led this martial arts studio for over three decades primarily in Bloomington, Indiana, along with several years in Sydney, Australia. When they decided to retire to Colorado, several of the black belts they had trained decided to keep the studio going. One of the meanings of the word “Zai” is “to shine” which led to the studio’s name, Reflect Martial Arts.
